Leadership Transition Marks New Chapter of Growth for VJP

After several impactful years helping shape the firm’s success, founding partner Nick Jaworski is stepping away from VJP to launch his own firm and pursue new opportunities.

“We’re incredibly grateful for Nick’s leadership, vision, and contributions over the years,” said the firm. “We wish him nothing but continued success in this next chapter.”

As VJP looks ahead, the firm remains focused on growth and long-term momentum. With Mario Carlasare now part of the partnership, the leadership team is well-positioned to continue delivering the level of counsel and service the firm’s clients have come to expect.

“With a strong foundation in place and new leadership joining the partnership, we’re entering an exciting phase for the firm,” the team added. “The future is bright, and we’re just getting started.”
