Mario P. Carlasare

Mario P. Carlasare has extensive experience in litigation and negotiations, having practiced in a variety of venues throughout the Chicago area. A native of Frankfort, Illinois, Mario began his formal education after an invitation to study at Indiana University’s prestigious Jacobs School of Music where he studied with famed pedagogue Edmund Battersby. While earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Piano Performance, he studied abroad and engaged in a variety of roles in arts administration.

While working as the Director of Marketing and Educational Outreach for the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra, the largest nonprofit in Chicago’s southland, Mario also attended Chicago-Kent College of Law. While earning his Juris Doctor, he received numerous academic awards and served as chair of the Philanthropic Committee.

Mario became a lawyer because of his strong drive to serve others through passionate advocacy. Today he focuses his practice primarily on negotiations, employment litigation, contract disputes, business transactions, and commercial litigation. He has litigated in both State and Federal Courts, and is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mario remains active throughout the community. He serves as Secretary and a Board Member for the Will County Center for Community Concerns, and is a member of the Will County and Illinois State Bar Associations. He continues to provide private music services and instruction for limited engagements throughout the Chicago area.
