Meghan E. Preston is a partner with Voorn, Jaworski, & Preston, PLLC. She has gained experience in a variety of areas and now focuses her practice on business, commercial, and employment litigation, including vendor contracts, non-compete agreements, partnership and shareholder conflicts, and employer-employee disputes, as well as trust litigation. She practices in both State and Federal court and is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
Originally from Ohio, Ms. Preston is a 2004 graduate of John Carroll University, where she was a dual-major in Psychology and Spanish. She earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2007 before moving to the Chicago area with her husband, Joseph.
Ms. Preston is active in a number of community organizations. She is a Board Member and former Chair of the Board for the Joliet Area Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member and former President of the Board for the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce, and a Director of the Board of FranCenter in Darien.
